A set of ingredients for matbukhi (all free-flowing ingredients are indicated in tablespoons):
250 g of tomatoes;
¼ of hot green pepper;
¼ of hot red pepper;
¼ spoon coriander;
1 bell pepper (necessarily red);
¼ spoon ground zira;
2 onions;
1 clove of garlic;
½ spoon of sweet ground paprika;
½ cup olive oil.
Scrambled eggs are prepared on the basis of this sauce, so first of all it is necessary to cook it.
