"I'm going to slip this book in with my "zombie apocalypse" supplies after I finish reading the whole thing. But it would also be useful for someone who just wanted to have a reference book for first aid. It covers everything from first aid and cpr all the way to natural pms treatments and which bugs to eat in an emergency! It is a very small book size wise, easy to stick in a purse our backpack, bit it has a large amount of info in it. So far, the advice is very natural health minded, which is of course what it's needed of there's no dr around. I also like to always try natural treatments before resorting to modern medicine so this is full of new ideas for me! I recommend it and truly believe everyone should have a book like this in their household! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review."

"This is a power packed booklet in a small package. It covers a variety of topics that would be relevant in a situation where one is far from medical help. It provides a great deal of information on quick, immediate remedies that can be provided in emergency situations and quite often with ordinary materials that will be available in forests and outdoor locations. There is often a need to improvise in situations like this and this book certainly gives several ideas on that front. Especially the portions about dealing with Animals and Insects or Infectious diseases. The illustrations are very basic and can be improved. Especially the portions involving administering CPR. Even for a person with no medical background it can prove to be a quick and helpful reference if needed in an emergency.
When people are hiking, trekking or climbing in the woods and you are carrying everything you need in a backpack, I wonder how many would take on the additional weight of this booklet. But for those that do, if they have the need to use it, this will certainly come in handy. Would certainly recommend it."

"I was very excited to purchase this book and now I think I’ll be ordering more! I was pleasantly surprised by the size. It’s 4.5” wide and 6” tall. There’s an easy to read contents section at the very beginning and the book is broken down into 7 different sections. It covers everything from extreme first aid to day and night navigation to dealing with mental issues in an emergency situation. This would be a great addition to a bug out bag, camping gear, or your car. A very useful resource!"

"Very pleased with the book. It came much earlier than expected and the subject matter is extremely informative. As someone who loves traveling / camping, it is a fantastic resource for emergency situations. In addition to medical advice, it covers a wide range of other useful survival information. I am recommending it to all my adventurous friends."

This is a small medical help book for campers or those that like the outdoors. Showed the book to my boys and they couldn't quit reading it. Most of it they read out loud saying "did you know. . . " before quoting the book. I will need to buy one for the boys now. Definitely a book for the camper, hiker, fisherman, and anyone that might need medical help where there isn't a doctor around. I received this at a discount but offered my honest review.

This four-by-six-by-half-inch one-hundred-ninety-two-page book with a spiral backing targets readers looking for a compact resource guide to carry with them when traveling in case of an emergency situation. With more than sixty examples, topics range from handling properly extreme environments, animals and insect, Illness and diseases, mental issues, drug safety, evacuation, and travelers’ medical advice.
When a physical or mental crisis happens when there is no medical treatment available, often we have to step in for survival. I like how condensed and to the point this small book is that is packed with black and white illustrations and diagrams with bullet-point explicit directions. Those who rarely venture into the less-inhabited area, do not travel, or already have a survival/emergency medical background may not need this book.
An off-the-beaten-path traveler, Mor has been a paramedic and is currently a medical insurance case manager in Israel.I wish colored tabs were located on the book’s outside edge to quickly find a topic during an emergency. I noticed several spelling and punctuation errors.
If you are searching for a go-to medical book to keep in your pocket or backpack when traveling or in the outdoors, this may be a good choice.
