10 Sefirot, also called the Tree of Life, is 10 Divine emanations (influences of the Creator) that affect all the energy channels through which the world controls. The Tree of Life is a collection of Sefirot, manifested in the process of the creation of the world, in a holarhistic order.
According to the fundamental concepts of Kabbalah, there are 10 emanations of the Divine Light or "10 Sefirot" creating a unified system of the Universe through which the Creator rules the world.
